Postum Foods, con sede en California, compró la marca Hellman’s Mayonnaise de East-Coast en 1927. Como resultado de la fusión, ambas marcas se mantienen en sus respectivos territorios hasta el día de hoy, Hellman’s se vende a East of the Rockies y Postum (ahora Best Foods) se vende en el oeste.
